Ricoh GR
Splash
Flickr member Tarantoga took this terrific image of an architectural waterfall and splashing with his Ricoh GR.
Berlin marathon
Flickr member Peter Herd used a Ricoh GR to capture runners in Berlin. If you click through to Peter’s Flickr post, you’ll see this was shot at a shutter speed of 1 second. Given that the buildings and tower are so sharp I would think he had a tripod or braced his camera on something. It’s a great effect and he has other examples of it as well.
Multiple exposure cubism
My Flickr contact Christophe FROT took this (these) multiple exposures with his Ricoh GR. One of the many hidden features of the Ricoh GR is the ability to take multiple exposures which is unusual for a point and shoot digital camera. This is all done in-camera. This looks like at least four if not more exposures of the same image, slightly offset to give it a cubist look.
Paris reflection
My Flickr contact Johan Talens posted another amazing window reflection taken in Paris with a Ricoh GR.
San Fransisco
Flickr member UkrainianSensation posted this great image from the Haight-Ashbury section of San Francisco taken with his Ricoh GR.
Street reflection
My Flickr contact obtus took this interesting reflection somewhere in Japan with his Ricoh GR. This is a terrific genre and a number of my Flickr contacts are really good at it. Almost looks like a double exposure which the Ricoh GR is capable of in-camera, but it’s a single shot of a window.
Umbrella with manhole covers
My flickr contact Erik took this great shot in Oslo, Norway with his Ricoh GR.
Reflected dreamscape
My Flickr contact Johan Talens took this amazing reflection in Marseille, France with his Ricoh GR.
Upstream at Shiraito Falls
My Flickr contact Yee Kim posted another shot of the Shiraito Waterfall north of Karuizawa, Japan with his Ricoh GR. This is an incredible image, well framed and perfectly exposed.
